Building flexible but sustainable partnerships
Supply management now goes beyond the scope of the traditional logistics function.
It now invests in our partners involvement, upstream from industrialisation process.
Within the framework of a sub-assembly industrialisation projects, integrating an external partner within the supply chain requires action at three levels:
- knowing how to integrate our partners from the upstream phase onwards, at the right time, within the right perimeter and ESI frameworks (Early Supplier Involvement).
- knowing how to build flexible, yet lasting partnerships,
- secure and synchronise supply chains to ensure QCD delivery to the customer’s supply chain.
